RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS
Beautyworx Medispa’s environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the right to peace and privacy for other guests. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum and mobile phones are switched off. If you must be reachable, ensure your phone is set to silent or vibrate and no alarms are set. We want all our clients to relax and enjoy their treatments.
We understand that there is sometimes the rare occasion when children need to be brought along to an appointment – please be aware that due to Health & Safety regulations children are not able to be left unsupervised and due to certain nature of treatments children are not allowed in the treatment room. We write this with the utmost respect to parents who choose to visit our Clinic - but sadly we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children for Insurance and OHS reasons. We work in an environment that has sharps, razors, chemicals, lasers & hot wax. Our concern is the safety of your child and the well-being of our clients and staff. We take no responsibility at any time for their safety. For us to provide you with the best service, we encourage you to visit the clinic without your children and will appreciate it if someone is able to look after your precious little one, while you attend your appointment.
Please note NO refunds will be given for any treatments, services, products or packages due to a change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are given as per consumer law for any products we sell. In the scenario, a package or treatment was sold and the client met the suitability criteria and no contraindications were present at the time of sale but are not suitable down the track, this counts as a change of mind, as we are unable to foresee changes in your situation at the time of sale and no refunds will be given. We may, however, provide a credit for a more suitable treatment in the case of pre-paid packages, in cases where it was not due to a change in mind. In the case of prepaid services, any treatments already used will be calculated at their full price, not the packaged discount price, and the remainder given in store credit for other services. These are not transferable to other clients.
We will assist you to find another service more suitable for you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, or CASH. We also offer Afterpay & Salon pay.
We DO NOT accept Amex or Diners Club.
Treatments and charges are subject to change without notice.
REFER A FRIEND REWARD PROGRAM
Refer a Friend Reward Program is subject to the following:
You must be an existing client of Beautyworx Medispa when you refer a friend.
All referred friends must be a new client to Beautyworx Medispa to enable you to qualify for your $money referral voucher
The Beautyworx Medispa $dollar voucher(s) will be added as a credit to your account once your referred friend has received their first treatment.
There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be earned by referring friends.
The referred client is then entitled to participate in the Refer a Friend Program.
SO... refer away and be rewarded for doing so!!!
Your feedback is very important to us and ensures that we continue to provide all clients with the best possible experience and results. You may leave a review on our Fresha link that is sent to you once you have had your service with us. If you are not satisfied with the service you've received, please contact Mandy within two days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
Refunds are not available for services rendered.
The best compliment we can get is a referral from you, so we ask that if you are happy and your expectations have been met and exceeded then tell others. We welcome you to leave a review on Google or our Facebook page.
