By booking with Beautyworx Medispa you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions.

 

BOOKING FEE, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS BOOKING POLICY

At Beautyworx Medispa, we value your booking and reserve your booking time especially for you and turn others away wanting that time to honour our booking with you.   No-shows and last-minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. Importantly, it also means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.

Due to the number of last-minute cancellations, last-minute rescheduling and / no shows, we have had no choice but to implement this policy. (as of 1st of February 2018).  It is not something that we wanted to do, but we were forced to. The booking policy is designed to not only protect our business's bottom line but also to keep things fair for all clients. 

BOOKING FEE

Please be aware that when making a booking at Beautyworx Medispa, a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee or credit card details will be required at the time of booking to secure your booking.  This applies to ALL bookings.

​​If you provide credit card details in person or over the phone to retain your booking instead of an upfront deposit, you are authorizing us to store and charge the cancellation fee, in the event of a late cancellation/change/no show to an appointment.

If the card declines, any money owing is required to be paid along with an upfront deposit before any further bookings can be made and all future appointments will require an upfront deposit.

Any upfront deposit may be redeemed off the cost of your treatment or rolled over to your next booking.

Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Please read below the policy in full.  We hope that you will appreciate the introduction of the new Booking and Cancellation policy.

 

Booking Schedule to secure your booking:

A deposit of $30.00 for booking under an hour

A deposit of $50 for anything over an hour.

If you book a treatment valued at less than $30, the treatment must be paid in full at the time of booking.

In the case of a prepaid service or a purchased gift voucher booking, you may use your voucher or prepaid service to secure your booking.  In this case, if there is a late cancellation, the $30 or $50 cancellation fee will be taken from the gift voucher and in the case of prepaid services, the prepaid service forfeited.  Our payment schedule applies to vouchers.

 

Your deposit can be made with a credit card or paid in-salon at the time of booking.  If you book via email we will be in contact to process the booking fee and to confirm your appointment.  All online bookings now have a confirmed appointment with card details. It also has a payment facility available and will be payable at the time of booking.  This booking fee will then be deducted from your service on the day of your appointment or you may wish to keep it in the system to roll-over to your next appointment

 

​CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Upon acceptance of your booking, Beautyworx Medispa shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not accept any other clients for the said date and time. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make changes/cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation (Less than 24 hours before the appointment), to help offset some of its loss of business, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.  You may find an alternative client to fill your appointment slot (this could be a friend or family member) however if this client doesn't show for the appointment you would still be liable.  In the event of a NO Show- the full fee of your appointment will be charged.
