As we are reopening our doors on Tuesday, 2 June 2020, There will still be some restrictions & social distancing will apply at Beautyworx Medispa.

We are a small team and to ensure there is enough time to complete your treatment thoroughly and to the highest of standards, we ask our clients to make an appointment. We recommend booking in advance so you can have your preferred day and time. At this stage, only clients with existing appointments can be treated.

If we don’t answer the phone please understand that we may be with other clients, feel free to leave us a voice message, with your name and number and reason for calling, preferred day and time for an appointment and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We offer online bookings as well, so if you are needing to book an appointment please do so by clicking here.

We send our clients TEXT confirmations 48 hours before your appointment as a reminder and ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment to give us 24 hours notice. Failing to do so will result in cancellation or no show fee.

Please DO NOT bring others to your appointment, you will need to come by yourself Due to Covid-19 Social Distancing laws we, unfortunately, cannot allow you to bring another person to your appointment, this includes your children.

We, as a business, need to do our part in adhering to the laws by minimising the number of people in and out of our clinic and we ask for your assistance in helping us to do this.

At this stage we ask people not to walk in but to call and make an appointment - or we can answer any questions you may have in regards to treatments /products over the phone.

Please arrive NO more than 5 min before your appointment. We will be adhering to the ‘one out’, ‘one in’ structure per staff member. Please, to allow this to be successful, we ask you to be on time to your appointments. If you arrive too early, we ask you kindly to wait outside or in your car until it is closer to your appointment time. We understand this might be an inconvenience to you but we need to ad-hear to the laws. We thank you for understanding in these times.

There will be a minimum of 15 min-30 min in between each client to allow for the cleaning & sterilising procedure.

Things might be a bit different on your arrival:

I will be wearing a mask for all services, and mask & gloves for certain services. There will be masks available for you too, if you choose to wear it or if you choose you can bring your own. (Just not homemade)

Hand washing & sanitizing stations will be set up throughout our clinic and you will be required to sanitize upon your arrival for your appointment.

You will be asked a few questions when making your booking and again upon arrival. Please appreciate and understand this. We cannot treat you if you answered yes to any of the questions asked. If you have the Covid-19 Safe app please advise us. I have downloaded the app

All clients will be required to provide their full name, address, mobile number and email address as we are required by law to retain these records in the instance we need to contact you. We do not on-sell your details to third party providers and your data is protected by our software company.

If you are feeling unwell in ANY way, we ask that you change or reschedule your appointment. Please do not come in if you are not feeling your best. We will not be upset, NO late cancellation fee will apply - instead, we will be very grateful.

Our treatments:

As there may be some restrictions on the treatments we offer, we will do our very best to use only consumables where possible. We have always upheld a high level of hygiene standards at Beautyworx Medispa before Covid-19 outbreak and this will, of course, continue after.

All nail clients (Gel, Acrylic, SNS), will have a file pack that is yours for us to use to complete your nail services. You can either, keep it and bring it with you each time or we can store it in the clinic for you. For all manicure and pedicure treatments, we will be utilising disposable packs for these services.

Strict guidelines & regulations as set out by the Government will be followed and we appreciate your understanding that sometimes things might need to change.
